Over the last 6 months SEAC has been working on a new Membership Card system for its Members. Starting the 2021 season, your old cardboard Membership Card will be replaced with a new credit card style Membership Card. This new process will make the sign on at events easier, where the Secretary can confirm your Membership status online prior to. For convenience and ease of identification, a new 5-digit Member number will be allocated to you, this will be your new Member number, this will also ensure that all Members are not accidentally assigned with the same number. Once your Membership application and fee has been processed, your new Card will be sent to your nominated postal address via Australia Post (please allow up to 14 business days).

If you are having trouble filling out or accessing the online form, you can go to the SEAC office (open Thursday afternoons), and someone will be able to assist you though the steps to complete your application . Please don’t wait until the last moment to get your membership, as we need time to process it.
Payment by EFT is preferred, cash and/or Cheque payments can be made at the Office.

CONDITIONAL REGISTRATION "(CLUB REGO)"
It is a requirement under the Motor Vehicles Act that owners of club registered vehicles are financial members of an authorised Motor Vehicle club.
This means that Club registration is INVALID if a member is unfinancial.
All memberships fall due on 1/1/2018 (and the first day of January every year )
Memberships can be paid at the club office most Thursday evenings 4.30 – 6.00pm
It is advisable to pay memberships early to maintain continuance of Club registration.
Members wanting to attend to log book updates or any other club rego documentation will need to make an appointment, as only authorised members are permitted to carry out this paperwork.
